Right at 150 of our men got away to Riverbend Retreat Center in Glen Rose to be inspired, challenged as we studied God's word. The retreat began with a golf tournament at Squaw Valley on Friday afternoon. Friday night our speaker, Joe White, reminded us of the Love Christ has for us and how we are bond servants to Christ through a powerful presentation. Then after some recreation and sleep, our pastor, Dr. Wiles, helped us understand that God Loves us and that we are Sons of God. He challenged us to discover that what God wants from us is to know and love Him. Our men came away inspired and recharged! If you missed out this year, plan to join us next March 6-7, 2009!
